Alien Trespass is an American scifi film based on a story by James Swift and Steven Fisher. The film is a homage to 50's B-movies and alien invasion movies, and is the feature directing debut of long-time X-Files producer R.W. Goodwin. In addition to being produced by James Swift and R.W. Goodwin, the film stars Eric McCormack, Jenni Baird, Dan Lauria and Robert Patrick.

The story is set in the year 1957. An object engulfed in flames crashes into a mountain in the California desert, which signals the threat of disaster to Earth. When an alien, the Ghota, escapes from the flying saucer, the intergalactic bounty hunter Urp pursues him. In order to travel through the town unnoticed, Urp inhabits the body of local astronomer Ted Lewis (McCormack). With the help of Tammy (Baird), a waitress from the local diner, Urp sets out to save mankind.
This movie hit theaters on 3rd April 2009.
